The Health and Physical Education Department at NTI Islamabad is dedicated to achieving the following program objectives:

  1. Promoting Health and Wellness: To educate students about the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle and to equip them with the knowledge and skills necessary to make informed decisions about their health and well-being.
  2. Enhancing Physical Fitness: To develop students’ physical fitness levels through a variety of physical activities, exercises, and sports, with an emphasis on improving strength, flexibility, endurance, and overall cardiovascular health.
  3. Building Professional Competence: To provide students with a comprehensive understanding of health and physical education principles, theories, and practices, preparing them for careers as educators, coaches, fitness instructors, and health promotion specialists.
  4. Fostering Leadership and Communication Skills: To cultivate leadership qualities and effective communication skills among students, enabling them to lead and motivate others in promoting healthy behaviors and physical activity participation.
